FUJI NXTR PM solder paste printer

SMT stencil printing

Accurate solder-paste printing is a critical first step in SMT assembly. FUJI’s NXTR PM is designed for stable printing across a range of panel and frame sizes, with fine-pattern capability, print-pressure control and production data that helps maintain process quality. The range also includes ITW EAE / MPM and Autotronik printing solutions.

Flexible, accurate component placement

Pick-and-place systems position surface-mount components onto printed circuit boards. FUJI’s modular platforms are designed to support different production mixes, while Autotronik offers systems ranging from prototype and small-batch equipment to inline machines for larger production runs.

Placement heads, feeders and other supply units help match the machine to the components and production mix. FUJI’s range includes compact, lightweight heads that can be exchanged without tools, plus supply options for tape-fed parts and tray-based components.

Autotronik BT301P benchtop reflow oven

Controlled thermal processing

Reflow ovens apply a controlled heating profile to solder components to the PCB. Autotronik’s BT301P benchtop batch oven is intended for laboratories, prototypes, small series and solder-profile development; the wider range includes production reflow systems such as Vitronics Soltec.

PCB transport, buffering and line handling

Conveyors and handling equipment move boards between process stations, while buffers help manage temporary differences in machine cycle times. WEC offers SMT handling equipment including buffers and destackers; Nutek’s range includes loaders, unloaders, conveyors and FIFO/LIFO buffering solutions.

Inspection, counting and X-ray systems

Inspection technologies help identify process and assembly issues at different stages of production. TRI supplies SPI, AOI, conformal-coating inspection and X-ray systems. Seamark offers automated component counting and inline X-ray inspection, while Comet Yxlon provides X-ray and CT solutions for non-destructive electronics inspection.
